snowylakeSTATEMENT OF PRINCIPLE – In considering the geographic position of Sudden Valley within the Lake Whatcom Watershed, the program for any development within Sudden Valley should consider the rights and interests of its residents, balanced with legitimate concerns for preservation of environmental and aesthetic resources.  In addition, the scale and character of the physical development should be consistent with the natural, forested setting in which the community exists.  The descriptions of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and its functions are derived from the Restrictive Covenants (RC), which are binding upon all lots in platted divisions and designated condominium tracts within the boundaries of Sudden Valley.….
