There is an opportunity to serve Sudden Valley by joining the AC Committee. This Committee plays an important role in the Valley. It is responsible for reviewing plans for new construction, requests for exterior alterations and tree trimming and removals.   It is responsible for the enforcement of the ACC Guidelines (See these at http://suddenvalley.com/files/2009/10/2005-2009-acc-guidelines.pdf) Personal experience with landscaping and building is desirable but not necessary.  Common sense and enthusiasm will be appreciated. The Restrictive Covenants established the Architectural Control Committee as an independent entity from the board.  The committee’s charter is to review all proposed structural and landscaping changes to a lot’s appearance, including new construction, additions, major planting, fences, sheds, decks, house colors, tree and shrub removal or trimming, and so on.
