Committees
Sudden Valley Committees are made up of individuals from different walks of life with different interests. Some are homeowners and others may have a career in business organizations, for example, Real Estate, Arborist, College Administrators. Ad-hoc committees meet regularly to discuss developments in their areas of interest, review projects that cut across organizational boundaries, talk about future options, etc. It is common to have smaller committees with more specialized functions – for example, Boards of Directors of HOA’s typically have an (ongoing) Architectural committee, Finance committee, Document Review committee, etc.
