Atta Boy is a local company in Bellingham with over 30 years of combined cleaning and maintenance experience. We provide a wide range of services with free in-person estimates:

Gutter Cleaning: Prevents damage to the gutters, siding and paint, and prevents erosion in the landscaping underneath. We remove debris by hand, then rinse gutters while inspecting the downspouts. We also install downspout screens wherever necessary as part of our regular gutter service.

Roof Sweep: Removal of leafy debris from roof. Helps to eliminate conditions that promote moss and algae growth.

Pressure Wash Roof: Removal of algae and moss growth with light pressure cleaning. This service is done as a last resort; we would rather put together a routine maintenance schedule to sweep and treat roofing. When a roof does need pressure cleaning, we use the lowest pressure we can and soap the surface to loosen moss, ensuring that no harm will come to the roof.

Moss Treatment: Done when moss levels are low as a preventative measure, or after a pressure wash on the roof to keep the moss from growing back. We recommend moss treatment every one to two years for most roofs. We usually use a powdered zinc solution, because it is the most effective. However there are a couple of other options for special circumstances.

Pressure Wash Siding: Done in preparation for painting. This service can also be done at a level that won’t remove paint as a way to improve the aesthetic value your home. A siding pressure wash will make the exterior look brighter, and will make a window washing last much longer.

Pressure Wash Decks: Done in preparation for painting. May also be useful for removal of algae to regain traction on surfaces and improve the appearance of the deck. This service includes a soap and pressurized rinse.

Pressure Wash Cement: For driveways, walkways, patios and sports courts. Improves traction and appearance by removing algae and dirt build up. Includes a soap and pressurized rinse.

Window Cleaning (inside & outside): Adds 20% more light to your home! Windows are cleaned on both sides, screens are dry brushed. Inside track, outside screen track, and the frame both inside and outside are wiped. Construction clean-up available for windows as well.

Window Cleaning (outside): The outside of the window is cleaned; screen track and frame are wiped.

Window Medics: Regain clarity in windows with moisture, fog and condensation problems. Call for more info.

Fascia End Covers: Also known as gable end covers. Installation of covers protects exposed roof beams from water damage, prevents erosion to landscaping below and stops irritating drips. Flashing is installed to guide water directly into gutter and exposed beams are fitted with a covering. Choose between white or brown covers.

Miscellaneous: We are able to do minor gutter repairs and caulking. We can also reorganize gutter drainage (installation of downspouts, drainage plates, etc.) for maximum efficiency.
