Marina

Located in Gate 1, the Sudden Valley Marina is a private marina for member/resident use only.
The marina is home to:

• 88 wet slips – leased to members/residents on annual basis
• 165 dry storage parking spaces  – leased to members/residents on annual basis
• Canoe racks – available to rent on an annual basis
• 2 boat gates – access available via recreation card
• Picnic shelter with BBQ’s – This is a great spot for summer celebrations like family reunions or company picnic. Make reservation via Recreation Manager
• Tennis court/basketball court – access via recreation card
• Volleyball court on grass – net up in summer
• Swingset & Sandbox
• Grassy field with baseball diamond
• Beach access – a wading/swimming area marked off with bouys/ropes during summer months
• Bathrooms
• Off-leash dog run area – supervised dogs need to stay within dog run area boundaries, be cautious of children playing nearby
