Sudden Valley Community has its own security department. They provide several services to the community as part of the Association’s services to its members.

There are approximately 1600 acres in Sudden Valley that the Security Department patrols, comprised of 55 miles of road and the approximately 6500 residents. Security is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, including holidays. Security primarily enforces the Covenants and Rules and Regulations set forth in the governing Documents of the Association. Additional duties include resident response for a variety of needs, coordinate with local agencies, serve as first-responders during emergency situations, coordinate road closures and other road related projects and assist and update residents during inclement weather.

Additional Services Provided:

• Home security checks are an added service provided at $15/week. Our Security Department will walk around the property and check to make sure doors and windows are secure. Fill out the Home Security Check form and submit it with your payment to the Administration office in Gate 2. This cost can be pro-rated if need be.
