2016 AGM Voting Materials

Members should be receiving the ballot packets soon. Our printer has scheduled mailing for Friday, September 30th. Most members should be receiving their ballots within 5-7 days afterward. The envelopes are again the smaller 9” envelopes; clearly marked that they are voting materials and the official ballot. Enclosed in the packet you should find: (1) a ballot, (1) white secrecy envelope, (1) blue return envelope and a voting booklet describing the measures and providing information on the candidates. On the back page of the booklet are voting instructions for submitting your ballot. Be certain when returning your ballots that the information required on the back of the blue envelope is completed and you include your signature. No ballot can be processed if this information is missing or incomplete. Mail-in ballots must be received at the Admin Office no later than 4:30PM on Friday, November 4th. If you should need a replacement ballot you can contact Admin at (360)734-6430 and have one mailed to you, or stop by the office and pick one up.
Members are still able to vote in person the day of the AGM by coming to the Community Center the morning of the AGM and registering. A special ballot will be issued to use for voting. Do not bring your mailed ballot. Only special ballots will be accepted and counted the day of the AGM.
