ROAD CONDITIONS – Week of June 17, 2019

Vegetation Control:

The CVC Capital Project crew working on vegetation will primarily be on Sudden Valley Drive the week of June 17, 2019. Expect one-way traffic safety control delays of 2 minutes.

• PLANNED:
  • 6/17/19: Crews will finish trimming trees between 209 and 215 Harbor View and then move on to Sudden Valley Drive starting at the intersection of Sudden Valley Drive and Kinglet Court. Work activity will then continue on towards 200 Sudden Valley Drive.
  • 6/18/19: Depending on the progress on 6/17/19, the work crew will next move to the entrance and exit of Highwood Circle to trim trees and clear brush at these intersections.
  • 6/19/19 – 6/20/19: Chipping of downed limbs starting at 209 Harbor View Drive then continuing onto Sudden Valley Drive and Kinglet intersection and then High Cliff intersections.
  • 6/19/19 – SPECIAL WORK ZONE: On June 19th, the work crew will be at 110 Grandview Lane between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Grandview Lane will have a Road Closure at 110 Grandview Lane during this time period.
  • 6/21/19: Roadside work will not be performed on Friday, June 21, 2019 to allow SSC trucks safe passage through work zones.

Planned:

• 6/10/19:
  • Crews will start trimming trees and clearing roadside brush at the intersection of Sudden Valley Drive and Harbor View Drive.  Work activity will continue on towards the intersection of North Summit Drive and Sudden Valley Drive.
• 6/14/19:
  • Roadside work will not be performed on Friday, June 14, 2019 to allow SSC trucks safe passage through work zones.

Culvert Cleaning:

• 6/10/19:
  • The CVC capital project crew working on culverts will be on Clear Lake Circle on June 10, 2019.  Expect traffic safety control delays.  Work Location:  6 Clear Lake Circle intersection with the graveled North Point access road.

Culvert & Vegetation Control:

The CVC capital project crew will be working on Harbor View Drive this week. Expect one-way traffic safety control delays of 2 minutes.

• DAILY UPDATE:
  • 5/29/19:
    • Chipped branches, cut tree limbs, and removed roadside brush on Harbor View Drive between Amberland Way and Thunder Peak.
• PLANNED:
  • 5/30/19:
    • Chip tree limbs on Harbor View Drive:
      • Plum Lane and Topper Drive.
  • 5/23/19:
    • Cut and chip tree limbs and roadside brush on Harbor View Drive between 115 Harbor View Drive and Plum Lane. Note: Work will be done in level areas.
  • 5/31/19:
    • CVC work is not planned for Friday, May 31, 2019 due to scheduled SSC trash pick-up.
