The pool hours and open date have been revised, please see below! We were unable to get proper water clarity by this Friday, so we’ll need a few more days to get the pool ready. Also, there is not sufficient lighting for night swimming, so the pool will close at 9:00pm nightly instead of 11:00pm. We apologize for the delay, and look forward to a long summer of water fun!

At the June 9 Work Session, the Board discussed opening the Adult Pool this year. Projected costs for this are $11,715 mainly for a pool maintenance contract and utility costs. It was the consensus of the Board to charge $100 per individual resident, $150 for couples, and $10 for a one day pass which can be purchased at Admin. The pool will be open daily from 9AM to 9PM until sometime in September. Pool costs that aren’t covered by fees will be taken from UDR (Undesignated Reserves). The executive Committee met the following morning to vote to instruct the Managing Director to take steps to have the pool open by Saturday June 26. Passes are available for purchase beginning Monday, June 13th in the Administrative Offices.
