What: PSE’s sub-contractor Potelco has confirmed with Sudden Valley that the scope of work for 10/28/19 does not include a POWER OUTAGE at this phase of work. Potelco has assured Sudden Valley Administration that both SVCA and Sudden Valley residents will be notified when a planned outage is scheduled so that those potentially affected can be notified in advance.
