Sudden Valley is projecting County approval of our Storm Water Management Plan at their June 14th County Council Meeting.  This would allow builders to begin using the tool on June 15th for this year’s building season.
Melanie Mankamyer, Wilson Engineering, the lead Engineer developing the tool, is proving a hands on class discussing the tool, how it is used, and the process for use of the tool in your building permit process.  We have scheduled the class for Thursday June 9th at 2:30 pm in the Barn 8 Multi-purpose room.
All contractors and builders that prepare plans for residential construction in Sudden Valley are invited to attend.
