Good News Clean Green Will Be Opening in Area Z in 2017.

Following on last year’s success, Sudden Valley Community Association Maintenance Staff will be operating a Clean Green station for residents this summer.

Sudden Valley’s Clean Green program provides Sudden Valley residents with a convenient local area to dispose of their compostable vegetation. Our Clean Green site is in the Area Z Maintenance yard, 2650 Lake Louise Road.

Starting May 6, 2017 Area Z Clean Green will be open twice a month on Saturdays 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.  We’ve extended this year’s hours to give residents more time to bring their materials.

No change in cost from last year; $10.00 per vehicle load, up to 2 feet high, 4 feet wide and 8 feet long.  Cash or check in the exact amount please. Staff will not be able to make change.

Mixing of vegetation listed below cannot be accepted:

  • Tree limbs and trees must be separated from other vegetation,
  • Grass sod and yard dirt must be separate from other vegetation.

Maintenance is often asked what size trees and tree limbs can be disposed of during Clean Green. The following is a general guide.
