Fitness Center Use Q&A

How do I get a Sudden Valley Gym Access Card?

To obtain an access card, please visit the Welcome Center or the Community Center during business hours. Residential status must be reflected in our homeowner database before receiving a card. Additionally, each resident must sign a waiver to use the Community Center facilities. Access is renewed annually, and cards are non-transferable. The first access card per residence is free, with additional cards costing $8.

I’m a renter. Can I still use the gym?

Yes! To get an access card for the gym, there are two prerequisites for renters:

  1. The property owner must submit an Assignment of Recreational Membership Rights form. This form relinquishes the property owner’s right to use the facilities and transfers that right to the renters.
  2. The renters must be added to Sudden Valley’s resident database. Renters can provide proof of residency in-person or via email.

Completed forms and proof of residency can be emailed to office@suddenvalley.com. For any questions, please contact the Community Center at 360-366-8450.

I lost my Access Card. How do I get a new one?

Yes! You can get a replacement card at the Welcome Center or the Community Center. Your lost card will be deactivated. Please note that the fee to replace a lost access card is $15.
