Yes, an owner can assign their privileges to the renter.  The Association requires a copy of the lease and our Assignment of Recreation membership Rights form to be completed, and submitted, by the property owner to the Recreation Manager at recmgr@suddenvalley.com; forms cannot be submitted by the tenant.  Since there is only one amenity privilege per owned property, the owner then gives this right up and will subsequently have to pay to access amenities if they wish to use them.
