Architectural Control Committee (ACC) members are volunteers from the community supported by the Administrative Staff at the Welcome Center located at 1850 Lake Whatcom Boulevard. The Welcome Center is open 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, M–F. The staff answers calls from 8 AM to 5 PM, M–F.  The ACC Administrative Staff may be contacted at 360-734-6430, ext 223 or via email here.
