As of 4:20pm yesterday (9/13/16) the Whatcom County Fire Marshall’s Office has issued an immediate burn ban for all of Unincorporated Whatcom County.

No outside fires, including recreational fires due to extremely dry conditions.

There will be updated information published by the Fire Marshal’s Office soon as well as an update to the burn ban hotline.

This is the same type of burn band we just came out of so as a reminder no open burning no recreational fires.

BBQ Grills – Only grills that are commercial propane are approved.

BBQ grills in Sudden Valley Parks and common spaces will not be allowed at this time.

Beach fires will not be permitted.

As more information is released it will be pushed out through the various external sources that Sudden Valley uses.
