LEAD MAINTENANCE POSITION
Sudden Valley Community Association is a 1,500-acre Homeowners Association situated in a forest setting with 3,000 homes and more than 40 miles of hard surfaced roads. Our Maintenance department is seeking to fill a full-time Maintenance Lead position. The position will support the department manager and lead our HOA’s maintenance team in maintaining buildings, grounds and road infrastructure. This Lead position also assumes the Maintenance Manager’s duties when the incumbent is on special assignments or off site.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in installation/repair skills for carpentry, dry wall, painting, electrical, plumbing and in the operation of equipment such as a backhoe, frontend loader and 1-ton dump trucks. The work environment ranges from indoor building maintenance to clearing fallen trees and plowing snow during storms. Overtime is required when needed in the support our community during weather events and varied job tasks.

Basic Qualifications:
Four years maintenance Lead responsibility
Washington State Driver’s license
High School Diploma or GED
Pass pre-employment drug screening
Computer literate
Working knowledge of WAC 296-800-100
Trade School Diploma is a plus
CDL is a plus
