To the Sudden Valley Community,
Along with my installment as Interim Managing Director in September 2014 came specific assignments of goals and objectives to bring the operational capability of the SVCA management into a high performing functional organization. With those objectives having been largely achieved I feel the time is right to tender my resignation as the Managing Director of Sudden Valley.
I spoke with the BOD President on Tuesday, September 6th informing her of my decision, and we agreed my last day will be November 5th. This leaves the BOD sufficient time to determine its next course of action in managing the Association.
Sudden Valley is a magnificent community deserving of long term quality leadership with vision.
I have enjoyed this position very much and now look forward to more time with family, and to enjoying this beautiful community in which we live.
Best regards,
Mitch A. Waterman
