Late last week, two instances were reported to SVCA Security of motorbikes accessing the road on Lookout Mountain beyond the gate at the neighborhood access within Gate 5, despite clear signage. It is unknown whether the riders are residents.

This activity was reported to County Parks and Rec, and boulders have been moved in place to hinder future access by motorbikes. If you or one of your neighbors witness further activity of this nature, you are encouraged to contact Security at 360-319-8200.
