Two significant changes have occurred with a recent change in Board policy that will impact residential neighborhoods during construction season. The first significant change involves construction work hours for pouring concrete. Contractors may now mobilize at 6:30 a.m. and begin pouring concrete at 7:00 a.m. The second significant change involves Contractor work hours which have been expanded.
All of these changes can be fully read HERE.
These changes were put into place to minimize the impact from Contractors working in the Watershed and to minimize delays on Residential Construction Projects.
