PSP Biotoxin at Dangerous Levels in Whatcom County

Paralytic shellfish poisoning (PSP) biotoxin has increased to a dangerous level in mussels from Birch Bay according to weekly monitoring reports from Whatcom County Health Department and the Washington State Department of Health.
