Unless otherwise provided for, delivery of US Mail to Sudden Valley residents shall be accomplished through the use of centrally located banks of individually locked mailboxes. It is the seller’s or real estate agent’s responsibility to pass along the mail keys. Sudden Valley does not possess any keys.It is also the owner’s responsibility to maintain their cluster box and locks, which includes lock changes
for lost or never received keys. If the keys are lost, were never received, or the location is unknown, you must contact a locksmith.
