As conditions begin to warm up please be mindful of the following problems with trees and rooftops:
Some of the larger trees in Sudden Valley have a significant amount of snow on their limbs that can fall unexpectedly and cause injury to people and pets, as well as cause property damage.
When trees start to lose their accumulated snow it is not uncommon for weakened trees to fall, or for their limbs to snap. Similarly, accumulated snow on pitched rooftops begin to slide off and can also cause injury and damage. Please use caution when parking or walking beneath snow laden branches, parking or walking beneath eves, and be aware of your surroundings.
