Severe Weather Update

a. As per SVCA snow response plan all main roads sanded/deicer applied and plowing. Roads are passable with caution but do have slush reported

b. Response efforts to continue till 5 PM local, response assets will return to staging, crews will demob for rest and rehab.

Response – Next Operational Period

a. Response efforts to commence 02/09/19 at 06:00 AM

b. Response assets to deploy as per SVCA snow plan.

c. For morning operations it is anticipated freezing and icy conditions due to forecasted low temperatures and windy conditions

Response and Logistics Update

a. On site fuels reserves – 100%

b. Response assets available – no change

c. Sand/Deicer Supplies – restocked on 02/07/19

b. Security patrol to provide road condition information

c. SVCA facilities (Rec Center) closed for the remainder of 02/08/19 opening to be determined by 6 AM 02/09/19.
