As you may be aware, the Ballots for the Sudden Valley Special General Election are arriving in mailboxes. Please note that in the return address area it says “Important Annual General Meeting Notice”. This was a printer error and should read “Important Special General Meeting Notice”. Please be sure to fill out your SGM ballots correctly and return to Admin no later than 4:30pm on Friday, September 20^th.  If you are missing any ballot materials, or do not receive a ballot, please contact Admin and a replacement will be provided.
