Short-Term Rental (STR) Task Force

The purpose of the STR Taskforce is to create standards, policies and registration requirements for owners renting out their properties “short term” (less than 30 days) in order to hold rental owners accountable for ensuring that their rental guests are held to the same standards as are homeowners in the community through increased awareness and active enforcement of the existing Sudden Valley Homeowners Association Rules and Regulations.

Attending Task Force Meetings

The STR Task Force normally has meetings every two weeks on Wednesday at 5PM. The schedule is subject to change. Please be sure to check the Agenda and Minutes page to confirm dates, times, and deadlines for request submissions.
