a. Sudden Valley Maintenance crews will cease operations at 4 PM March 7th, 2019
b. Sudden Valley roads have been sanded. Weather conditions have improved roads are starting to dry with warmer temperatures, roads are mostly bare and wet.
c. NWS forecast: Tonight a chance of rain and snow showers before 10pm, then a chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 31. East wind 3 to 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Friday a slight chance of snow showers before 10am, then a slight chance of rain and snow showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 43. Calm wind becoming west around 6 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Response – UPDATE Current Operational Period
a. Response assets: to be stood down by 4:00 PM and returned to staging.
b. Evaluation for next operational period; 03:00 AM to determine future plans for potential response for potential for icy conditions
