Sudden Valley Road Report on 02/16 at 8 PM

Sudden Valley main roads are bare and wet with some slush. Many side roads have an accumulation of heavier slush which causes traction problems.

Drivers are advised to use caution when driving especially on the steeper areas, traction may be an issue due to the slush.

Road closure updates

Maintenance crews have opened Green Hill Road and Wintercress Way (partially a tree is blocking the road and it will be removed tomorrow)

Parking on SV roads has impeded progress the Association is asking not to do this. However understanding that circumstance occur please contact Security and give the location, make and model of your vehicle so this can be shared with Maintenance crews.
