Our Association Office has been receiving numerous complaints in regards to a fence Sun-Mark Realty has installed blocking off their parking lot.  We are aware County Permits for this were not obtained prior to the installation, and complaints have been filed with the Fire Department and Whatcom Planning Department.  Sudden Valley does have an easement through the property to allow members access to the Lake Louise Trail.   At this time we are waiting for response from the County before we take further action.
