In response to the rapidly evolving situation in Whatcom County related to the COVID 19 virus, the Sudden Valley Community Association (SVCA) Board President today issued a Declaration of Emergency.

Member dues will be waived for April. Additionally, late fees will be waived through July 2020.

SVCA Board President Andrew Entrikin said, “We are taking a proactive approach to make this challenging time as easy as possible for our members.”

SVCA Board Treasurer Leslie McRoberts said, “We understand that many of our members are having financial issues because of this emergency. We’ve reviewed the financials and have procedures in place to deal with an emergency such as this.”

SVCA General Manager Joe Acla confirmed that regular operations will continue as usual until otherwise directed by Government Authorities.
