Rolling Blackout at Gate 2 Community Center Condos

When: 11/5/19 from 09:00 AM – Noon (nominal).

Where: Gate 2 – Condo Associations, SVCA Community Center & WCLS Library (adult center).

What: There are rolling blackouts at Gate 2  in the location of the Recreation Corridor and Library, also affecting the condos in that vicinity (Heatherbrook, Ranch House, Ridgefield). The outage is estimated for 2 to 3 hours, however these rolling blackouts could continue throughout the day.

The SVCA Community Center will be closed at 10 AM today with a possibility of opening backup when the power outage has passed.

This posting will be updated as conditions change.

PSE Planned Asphalt Repair

POTELCO, Inc. is still on schedule to make final repairs to the asphalt road and parking surfaces that were disturbed during the 2019 PSE project in Gate 2. Work will be done by AA Asphalt on Marigold Drive, Ridgefield Condos, Ranch House Condos, Center Condos, and Orchid Court will start on November 4th, 2019 and continue that week until all of the locations are completed.

Upcoming PSE Work scheduled in Gate 2

October 15th, 2019:

Marigold Drive [8:00 a.m.] – Add topsoil and straw to exposed dirt areas.

Orchid Court – Add topsoil and straw to exposed dirt areas.

Ranch House Condos [10:00 a.m.] – Check/top-off cold patch locations.

Morning Beach Drive: Add topsoil in area of the underground vault.

Estimated start time for inspection and topping-off existing road cold patch – 12:00 p.m. Work will occur in sequence listed.

West lane of Marigold by Center Condos: Top-off cold patch in settling areas. Compact as needed.

Valley View Court to Orchid Court (Ridge Field Condos): Inspect and top-off cold patch areas.

October 16th, 2019:

Morning Beach Drive: Starting about 9:00 a.m., re-work river rock by vault for added erosion control.
