Residents’ dumping of unwanted treasures at Sudden Valley Gates – THIS is undesirable and in fact is known as “illegal dumping”, is a crime under Washington RCW 70.95.240, and is a Class 3 civil infraction. If an identification is made of who illegally dumped the items, Sudden Valley will seek prosecution through the Whatcom County Sheriff’s office. From a community standpoint, this type of activity just looks bad. Please dispose of your unwanted articles in an appropriate manner.
