A non-Sudden Valley Bellingham resident was contacted by the Whatcom County Sherriff’s Department on Thursday and confessed to stealing the Clubhouse art work on August 5^th.  Several individuals provided tips on the possible identity of the person pictured removing the art off the wall.  That information was turned over to the Sherriff’s Department which led to the arrest.  Association staff will work with the District Attorney on restitution to the Artist and the Association.  The individual was Trespassed from the Clubhouse and could be arrested if found on premises in the future.   Thank you to everyone who shared the photograph which helped locate the individual.
