The person arrested for car prowling in Gate 3 today was charged with Vehicle Prowling in the 2^nd Degree which can be a gross misdemeanor or a felony, depending on prior history.  This person was armed, had drugs in possession, and was well equipped to search, break in, and do harm.  It is important to reinforce to our members, this is a matter best left to the Sheriff’s Department and to our Security.  The Association asks all of our members, please, if you see anyone engaged in suspicious activity, immediately report it to the authorities and do not approach the individual.  Safety first.
