When Sudden Valley was developed, the easements that were put in place varied from division to division based off of the center line of road. Unless Security goes to the plat map and reviews each and every property displaying a political sign, it is difficult to determine what the actual easement is for that property.
Therefore it is been determined that road signs or yard signs that are not encroaching on the fog line and are not in the drainage ditch will be considered to be properly placed.
