Adult Pool
o The Adult Pool is adjacent to the Adult Center. You must be 21 or over to use this pool. To purchase a pool membership, please visit the Admin during business hours.

AM & PM Beaches
o This serene setting offers over ten acres of hiking trails, sand beaches, a huge field for all types of games, and a covered shelter with a BBQ and fireplace. Canoes are available to rent and store here. The picnic shelter may be rented for private functions.

Area Z Storage Facility
o Need a place for your RV, trailer, or an extra vehicle? Area Z provides secured storage spaces with 24/7 access.

Basketball Courts

Cascade Park
o Featuring a swing set in an open field surrounded by a lightly wooded area.

The Clubhouse
o The clubhouse is a multi-service facility housing the main Sudden Valley offices for the Administration and Accounting departments. El Agave 2 is adjacent to the Admin office, and the Pro Shop is also located downstairs adjacent to Accounting. The 19th Hole Café, located downstairs, is also open early hours for your convenience.

Community Garden
o The Community Garden includes 38 plots with raised beds. If you are interested in participating in the Community Garden, please contact Jane Knight. The cost goes towards garden supplies, such as hoses and soil.

Dance Barn
o Reminiscent of an old grange hall, this spacious facility holds up to 400 people and is the perfect venue for dances, receptions, large banquets, meetings, or seminars.

Golf Course
o The Sudden Valley Golf Course was designed by renowned golf course architect Ted Robinson to be the centerpiece for the private community of Sudden Valley. Sudden Valley has hosted many major Northwest tournaments, including a Washington State Open, the Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship, a Master-40, a Washington State Senior Women’s Championship, and five Washington State Men’s Amateur Championships.

Huckleberry Park
o Large play structure with infant and child swing sets. Picnic tables and stone benches are available, and hidden fields lead deeper into the woods.

Lake Louise Park
o Small waterfront park on Lake Louise Trail with picnic tables and a bird sanctuary.

Lake Trail Park
o Narrow strips of park, stone benches, and a small stream make up Lake Trail Park.

o A small creek divides this quaint park, which includes a flat field and various spots of natural shade.

The Loft
o The Loft is a fun and safe space where youth 5th grade and above can play air hockey, ping pong, Wii Sports, or just hang out. Families can also enjoy this space.

Lost Fork Park
o Narrow strip of neighborhood park with stone benches and a circular field

Maple Leaf Park
o Large play structure with child and infant swing sets, including stone benches under natural shade and large open fields divided by ditches

Tennis Courts
