Don’t have a ballot or just prefer to vote in person? That works too!

You can vote in person on Saturday, November 1st You must register between 9am and 12:30pm in the Community Center (lower level of the Dance Barn).

If you choose to vote in person, do not bring the ballot that you received by mail; you will be issued a new ballot at registration. You may cast your ballot during registration OR you can wait and cast your registered ballot at the AGM which starts at 1:00pm in the Dance Barn.

Voter Information

Sudden Valley Community Association (SVCA) is introducing the opportunity to vote in the Annual General Meeting online via an e-ballot. E-Ballots are emailed/texted to owners who consented to receiving their Official Ballot electronically.

The deadline to consent to receiving an SVCA e-ballot is 12PM on Monday, October 27, 2025. Initially, e-ballots will be sent to all consenting members at 9AM on September 24, 2025. Subsequent e-ballots will be sent weekly on Wednesdays for homeowners who sign up after 4:30 PM on September 17, 2025 and before 12 PM October 27, 2025.
