The entrance to Deer Creek Condos on 5-31-23 starting at 8 am. One lane of the entrance will be closed for a trace wire repair. There still be access to the condos. Please pay attention to flaggers and drive carefully. This work is expected to be completed by the afternoon.

The SVCA Board of Directors has received notice from Brian Kruhlak, Golf Director for the past thirteen years, that he will not seek to renew his contract at the end of this year. Brian let us know that he has decided to retire from golf course management to focus on the development of a personal business.

There is a strong leadership team in place at the Sudden Valley Golf Course. Head Pro Kevin LeDuc has worked alongside Brian for the past four years to manage day-to-day operations and Greg Wadden, Turf Care Superintendent, has made significant improvements to the condition of the course in his first year at SVCA. We are confident that this team will maintain successful operations as we consider options for ensuring the long-term health and sustainability of this important Association asset.

Crews will be onsite to complete some parking lot stripping at the Welcome Center

There should be plenty of parking available despite the work being done.

Kamps Painting will be onsite 05/11/2023 to replace the missing crosswalk inside Gate 1 closest to the Guard Shack. Please drive carefully and obey the flaggers.

Monday, 04/24 from 9:30 to 4:00, Sudden Drive between Saffron Court and Sagewood Court will be down to one lane for cable installation. Flaggers will be present, please drive carefully and pay attention to the flaggers.

Residents can take advantage of this program by having their tree branches placed in an accessible pile next to the roadway prior to the scheduled pickup date for their area

Place tree limbs on the roadside according to your gate number.

Pinto Creek is completely blocked by a fallen tree. Crews are on their way to remove the tree, but it will probably not be cleared until late Sunday evening. Please avoid the area.

154 Sudden Valley Drive at Harbor View

There will be a road closure at 208/211 Harbor View Drive on March 27 beginning at 8:00am and continuing until 4:00pm. Traffic flaggers will be on site to direct traffic as necessary. If your commute involves this area, please plan an alternate route to avoid the disruption. Thank you for your patience.

There will be a partial road closure at 14 Sunflower Circle on Tuesday, March 21 and Wednesday, March 22, 2023 from 9:00am until approximately 12:30 pm. There will be flaggers on site to direct traffic during this time. Please allow additional time in your commute that day to accommodate this disruption.
