Sudden Valley Community Members, 

On Wednesday, December 9, 2020, the Board of Directors voted to terminate the services of our General Manager, Joe Acla. This matter was deliberated upon at length in closed sessions to protect the legally guaranteed rights to privacy of all those involved, and official action was taken in open session.  

We know that members may have questions about the board’s decision and the process to find a new general manager. The Board will provide an update at next week’s Board Meeting, along with updates via our Sudden Valley website as more information becomes available. 

Brian Kruhlak will continue in the role as Interim GM during this initial period of transition.

We wanted our members to know that Brian Kruhlak will be serving in the role of Interim General Manager while Joe Acla is out of the office. We appreciate your patience during this holiday period until we are back to full staffing in the administrative office.
