As an option, Sudden Valley Community Association (SVCA) is introducing online voting for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) using e-ballots. Members may still opt to vote in person or by mailed paper ballot. There is one vote per household regardless of the method of voting.
Members who consent to receive an e-ballot will receive their Official Ballot via cell phone text/email sent by UniLect Election Services. The e-ballot will include Voting Instructions and the Voter Booklet.
IMPORTANT DATES & TIMES (Pacific Time)
- The cutoff to consent to receive an e-ballot is 12PM on Monday, October 27, 2025.
- The cutoff to vote via e-ballot is 4:30 PM Friday, October 31, 2025 (same as mailed paper ballot).
- Initial e-ballots will be sent to all consenting members at 9AM on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
- Subsequent e-ballots will be sent each Wednesday from October 1-29 to members who consent after 5PM on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 and before 12PM on Monday, October 27, 2025.
