SVCA’s 2023 Asphalt Repairs project will start on Monday, 6-26-23, and is expected to be completed the week of July 24th. The asphalt work is being completed by WRS. WRS will be working Monday thru Thursday each week from 8:00am to 6:00pm. No work will occur the week of 7-3-23 to 7-6-23. SVCA residents should expect isolated road closures, and delays during this period. Asphalt repairs are taking place throughout SVCA in all of the gates.”

06/21/2023 38 Windward Drive, Flaggers will be present for cable work by PSE crews.
06/22/2023 Wednesday, June 28th there will be a complete road closure on Sunflower Cir. The road will be closed from 12 sunflower to 14 sunflower. Emergency vehicles and home owners will able to access all homes. There will be notices posted at both ends of the road and there will be a detour in place for residents that live south of of 14 Sunflower Cir. The road will be closed from 11am till about 3pm. Please drive carefully and obey all signs and flaggers.
