Next “Ask the GM” Session Scheduled for Thursday, March 31st

Our next session of “Ask the GM” will be coming up this Thursday, March 31st at 7:00pm. All are welcome to come ask questions of General Manager Dan Pike. Attendees will be able to ask questions directly as well as submit questions via the Q&A section of Zoom.
This session is scheduled for about 45 minutes.
This event will be streamed live on Sudden Valley’s YouTube channel. For those that would like to participate, please connect to the Zoom session so that you can join the Q&A. We will be using the regular Board of Directors Zoom meeting link (reposted below for convenience).

Document Review Committee Meeting for 3-16 Cancelled
Today’s scheduled Document Review Committee meeting has been cancelled. A new meeting time and date is yet to be determined.
Sudden Valley Admin Office Window Closed Today (3/10/22)
The Administrative offices front window will be closed for Thursday, March 10th. Staff will be available for assistance via phone at the regular 360-734-6430 number.
Potential Traffic Obstruction: 81 Grand View (Corner of Swallow Loop) on 3-10-22
Due to a concrete pour, there may be traffic restrictions or blockages at 81 Grand View Lane. The roadway should be passible by travelling the opposite direction on Swallow Circle should an obstruction occur.
The roadway should be fully clear again by Friday, March 11th.
SVCA MARINA BOAT RAMP CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS
The Sudden Valley Community Association is advising residents and Marina tenants that the marina boat launch ramp will be temporarily closed until further notice for safety concerns. The Association is working to ensure a safe reopening. The schedule for work on the boat launch ramp will be determined by the County permitting timeframes and contractor availability.
We apologize for any inconvenience the boat launch ramp closure may cause, and we thank you for your continued patience and support.
Please Report Flooding or Downed Trees to Security
Due to high winds and wet weather, there have been several reports of downed trees, limbs, and/or branches. To report flooding or trees/branches blocking a roadway, please notify Security Dispatch at 360-715-2449 or 360-319-8200. Please be prepared to provide detailed information including location and cross streets.
Document Review Committee Meeting Rescheduled
The Document Review Committee meeting for today has been rescheduled to Friday, February 18th at 10am. Please see www.suddenvalley.com/drc for additional information about that meeting including how to attend or observe.
