Firewise Roadside Pickup of Chippable Material

Residents can take advantage of this program by having their tree branches placed in an accessible pile next to the roadway prior to the scheduled pickup date for their area

Place tree limbs on the roadside according to your gate number.

PARTIAL ROAD CLOSURE-14 SUNFLOWER CIRCLE

There will be a partial road closure at 14 Sunflower Circle on Tuesday, March 21 and Wednesday, March 22, 2023 from 9:00am until approximately 12:30 pm. There will be flaggers on site to direct traffic during this time. Please allow additional time in your commute that day to accommodate this disruption. We appreciate your patience while we navigate through this together.

ROAD CLOSURE-6 CADDIE LANE

There will be a road closure at 6 Caddie Lane on Thursday, March 9, all day as CNG makes necessary repairs and replacements for gas service. There will be traffic control on site in addition to flaggers to direct traffic. Please allow extra time in your commute that day to accommodate this disruption. ROAD CLOSURE-81 GRAND VIEW LANE

There will be a brief road closure at 81 Grand View Lane where the road intersects with Swallow Circle on Thursday, March 9 beginning at 8:00 am and lasting until approximately 12:30 pm that day. There will be a concrete pour during that time for a resident. Please allow extra time in your commute that morning to accommodate this disruption. Roads are Clear, Expect Icy Conditions Tomorrow

Tuesday afternoon, 2/28, 3:25 PM: Crews did a good job today and most roads throughout Sudden Valley have been cleared to wet pavement.

Forecasts are projecting below freezing temperatures overnight, creating the potential for very icy conditions tomorrow morning.  Crews will begin work before the Wednesday morning commute, but residents should use caution if they need to travel tomorrow morning.
