A Quorum is defined as the minimum number of owners required to hold an official meeting. For a meeting of the association, either annual or special: 50 voting members are required to be in attendance. A quorum for a BOD meeting requires 50% of the BOD and a quorum for a committee meeting requires 50% of the committee members.
