To clarify a miscommunication conveyed during last Thursday’s (3/31/2022) ‘Ask the GM’ public session, the accounting department will not be accepting transfer fee refund requests directly from community members at this time. We are currently in the stage of exploring third party servicers to execute the transfer fee refund process, and we will be providing an update shortly.
