Road Work Begins Wednesday, May 29th through August – 2024 Road & Drainage Project – Granite Construction. The project includes replacing many road crossing culverts throughout SVCA. Residents should expect minor delays as construction proceeds. Granite Construction will communicate directly with residents when culvert work will affect their driveway access.

23 Green Hill Rd – Monday July 1, 2024 – 9 AM to 3 PM full closure for PSE cable work by Potelco.

4 Marigold Dr – Monday, July 1, 2024 thru Tuesday, July 2, 2024 – 9 AM to 5 PM – partial closure for Merra Drilling to drill and install underground cable for Comcast. Flaggers will be on site to assist with traffic.

2 Loganberry Ln – Monday, July 1, 2024 thru Wednesday, July 3, 2024 – 8 AM to 5 PM – intermittent partial closures for Cachet Concrete / Cowden & Western Concrete Pumping to pour concrete footings. Flaggers will be on site to assist with traffic.

11 Sanwick Point Ct – Tuesday, July 2, 2024 – 12 PM to 7 PM – intermittent partial closures for concrete pouring by Crux Concrete. Flaggers will be on site.

24 Sweetclover Cir – Tuesday, July 2, 2024 thru Wednesday, July 3, 2024 – 9 AM to 5 PM – partial closure for Merra Drilling to drill and install underground cable for Comcast. Flaggers will be on site to assist with traffic.

11 Sanwick Point Ct – Wednesday, July 3, 2024 – 6:30 AM to 7 PM – intermittent partial closures for concrete pouring by Crux Concrete. Flaggers will be on site.
