10 Valley View Cir – Tuesday, April 1, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Full Closure (with signs). KSO Construction is having windows delivered by truck for the builder, Sovereign Homes.

32 Sunflower Circle – Tuesday, April 1, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Full closure. Lake Whatcom Water & Sewer District detected a leak on the water transmission main that crosses beneath Sunflower Circle.  Lake Whatcom Water & Sewer District will close the road between 31 and 32 Sunflower Circle. The houses at 34 Sunflower and 109 Grand View could still be accessed using the upper intersection of Sunflower and Grand View.  Since it’s a one-way road, all other traffic needs to go in and out the lower intersection, which is typically an entrance only.  Additionally, signs will be posted at both intersections alerting traffic of the upcoming impact.

24 Granite Cir – Wednesday, April 2, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Full Closure (with signs). Dark Seas LLC is working on a sewer connection for the builder, Custom Home Construction.

9 Larkspur Ct – Friday, April 11, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Partial closure (with flaggers). Patrick Sullivan from Tree Guy Services will be working to bring down the tree at the homesite.
