Gate 28 Closure – Louise View Drive is closed between Star View Lane and Southern Court starting Friday, November 7, 2025, for the ’25 – ’26 Winter Season. The road will re-open in the Spring 2026 for through traffic.  

14 Deer Run Ln – Thursday, December 4, 2025. 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Full Closure (with signs). Owner / builder has made arrangements with Taylor metals for material delivery / pickup.

4 Deer Run Ln – Thursday, December 4, 2025. 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Full Closure (with signs). Sovereign Homes has made an arrangement with Mulchworx to blow in barkmulch for landscaping.

5 Spinnaker Ln – Monday, December 8, 2025. 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Full Closure (with signs). Rubicon Homes, Pazos Brothers Construction, and Builders First Source will be delivering and installing roof trusses for the home.
