Gate 28 Closure – Louise View Drive is closed between Star View Lane and Southern Court starting Friday, November 7, 2025, for the ’25 – ’26 Winter Season. The road will re-open in the Spring 2026 for through traffic.  

70 Grand View Ln – Wednesday, February 11, 2026. 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Full Closure (with signs). CableCom LLC is upgrading cabling in the area and has progressed to the bottom of Swallow Circle, crossing Grand View Ln.

8 Valley View Cir – Monday, February 16, 2026. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Full Closure (with signs). Sovereign Homes has made arrangements with Timber Tree & Construction, LLC for the removal of a tree.
