Gate 28 Closure – Louise View Drive is closed between Star View Lane and Southern Court starting Friday, November 7, 2025, for the ’25 – ’26 Winter Season. The road will re-open in the Spring 2026 for through traffic.  

8 Valley View Cir – Monday, January 26, 2026. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Full Closure (with signs). Sovereign Homes has made arrangement with Cadman Concrete to bring cement to the site so that Northwestern Pumping and JMB Construction can pour the driveway.
