SUDDEN VALLEY CLEAN GREEN 2021

The Sudden Valley Community Association’s Maintenance Staff will be operating the Community Clean Green station for residents this summer. This is a drop-off only service.

The purpose of Sudden Valley’s Clean Green program is to provide Sudden Valley residents with a local area to dispose of compostable vegetation. The Clean Green site is located at the Sudden Valley Gate 5 Overflow Parking Area, across from Gate 5 on Lake Louise Road. Starting Saturday, May 1, 2021 this year’s hours are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Items for Disposal:

  • Limbs
  • Organic materials (Cones, leaves, etc)
  • Weeds
  • Sod & grass clippings

Clean Green program is dedicated to compostable vegetation. This year the program will accept “clean” metals for free.

Items that CANNOT be accepted include:

  • soil
  • rocks
  • gravel
  • construction materials
  • chemicals and paints
  • batteries
  • electronics
  • household trash, plastic, glass, furniture, etc.

Clean metal does not have oils, gases, or other harmful contaminates associated with it such as TVs or refrigerators.
