Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Meeting Notice: Year-End Schedule Alert

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) would like to inform all Sudden Valley Community Association (SVCA) residents, contractors, and builders of a necessary adjustment to the meeting schedule during the upcoming holiday season.

Due to the limited availability of committee members and staff during the year-end period, there will be a significant gap in our regular review meetings for submitted architectural requests. This will directly affect the processing time for new and pending applications.

Important Meeting Schedule for December 2025 – January 2026

Impact on Project Review Time

Please anticipate that the review and approval or denial for the large majority of project requests submitted after the December 4th meeting will be delayed by approximately six weeks. We highly recommend submitting your completed applications as soon as possible to minimize disruption to your project timeline.

Emergency Requests

The ACC will maintain an on-call protocol for emergency requests (such as urgent repairs following storm damage or other immediate health/safety concerns). Emergency requests will still be reviewed and addressed on an expedited basis.
